Hi my name is Edward and I'm a photography enthusiast who enjoys shooting photos during my leisure time. I discovered my passion in photography during my college days. It started when I was surfing at flickr. Looking at each photo, I said to myself that I should give it a try.

 

I began shooting with a simple P&S camera, a pocketable Canon Powershot A810. To make the story short I learned some knowledge shooting with it. Sometimes I spend my time on youtube learning techniques and some other ideas which I find really helpful in real life application.

The sad part happens. After several years of shooting my P&S got broken after setting it outdoors for a long exposure shot. I stopped shooting. But even though I don't have a camera anymore my passion still resides within me. Until I decided to go for an upgrade. 

 

Eventually I had a Nikon DSLR in my hands. The excitement I had was intense. I was treating my camera like a baby. I felt the huge difference with an SLR between my previous camera. After several months of owning that Nikon I was kind of disappointed. 

My DSLR experience was not actually fun as I was looking for the lightweight camera that I used to shoot with. Blah blah blah blah blah blah. I sold it and switched to a new system and now I'm loving it. 

After all these years of shooting I know that I still have a long journey ahead of me. I'm still learning and willing to learn more. I hope you'll be a part of my journey in photography.
